PROJECT: Audit of McKesson’s quality assurance processes

McKesson Canada offers pharmacy services, equipment and product distribution to more 10 000 pharmacies, hospitals and clinics across Canada. Internal and external clients use important systems developed by McKesson that handle orders and distribution. McKesson Canada wanted to optimize its services while also improving its internal processes, methods, strategies and team structures.
This project began in 2017 and lasted about 9 weeks. Askida looked at the technological environment and processes currently in place to ensure software quality and proposed a complete custom strategy to fully automate all tests.
This mandate went very well. Askida’s team was proud to help McKesson Canada’s team achieve greater software quality.
