PROJECT: Human Capital Management

This project involved the design, implementation, support and development of an application replacing the majority of the systems that were used as part of Drakkar’s activities. The main functions were the recruitment, assignment of personnel, outsourcing, managing schedules and compensation processes. The new application is compatible with external systems and uses Microsoft .NET and Dynamics CRM. The application is accessible by the web, mobile and tablet.
This project began in 2012. The primary functions were delivered during the first three months of development. An evolving program was created to continuously add value for users. Today, the application is constantly evolving. A team of 5 developers worked on this application.
Askida has been developing and supporting the application since 2012. Askida acts as a R&D partner with Drakkar in regards to the design of technologies to support new business initiatives.
